This is our basic kit with the addition of Spanish Chorizo (do not refrigerate) and Saffron.  Just add your favorite protein and vegies as desired for a perfect paella.  Available in 2 sizes to serve 2 or 4 people.  We will make this into a gift basket on request for local delivery.
