FREE LOCAL DELIVERY

Shopping is easier when it comes to you.  We understand this!  Rio de Ojas offers free local delivery of any order over $35 within a 5-mile radius.  Delivery is scheduled based on location and number of deliveries.  Days and times may be subject to change.  Customers will be notified of their delivery time 24 hours in advance (unless otherwise specified).  

 

CURBSIDE PICK-UP

If you'd like to pick up your order, great!  Let us know when you'll be arriving and we'll run it out to you.  This is only available during regular business hours.  Business hours are subject to change.

SHIPPING

As you've noticed, our product is as unique as the individual buying them.   That makes shipping hard to calculate since the size and weight vary- not to mention if it's fragile!  Our orders to not include shipping charges outside of our 'Free Local Delivery' area.  Each order will be boxed based on its specified needs.  Our sales team will contact you with further details and shipping costs.  Payment for shipping will be processed separately.

WORLD RESPONSIBILITY

We do our best to embrace the artist community both locally and abroad.  Look for sale tags in the shop designating local art and Fair Trade.  Locally, we adore the artist we work with and hope that you will take the opportunity to meet them when they grace us with their presence.  Fair trade designates items from another country where the company has fulfilled the requirements to prove that they pay a living wage. 

In addition, we also trade 1 on 1 with individuals from other countries, small groups that have organized in innovative ways, creating an industry that does not have the means to become fair trade certified., and awesome ethical companies that have their own direct trade relationships or ways to give back to their communities.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Rio de Ojas observes a 7-day return and exchange policy (with receipt).  Any returns and exchanges without a receipt will be for store credit only.  All food product is final sale.   Any custom, special ordered, sale, or altered products are final.
