Reganas, tapas bread sticks
The regana is the essence of the Mediterranian culture, as it revolves around olive oil. This product from the Guadalquivir valley and its ancient origins come from the Middle Age when the sailors set off to the colonies on the high seas taking with them the regana to substitute for bread. Due to the fact that the regana is enriched with olive oils and sesame, it lasted during the whole voyage in good consumption conditions.
Ingredients: wheat flour, water, extra virgin olive oil. sesame seeds, yeast, sea salt, wheat semolina and barley flour.
